What do I need to hire a PA system?
Upon delivery of you PA system you will need to show your current state Issued Driver's License or another photo ID. In addition original proof of address (Utility bill/Bank Statement) no older than 2 months old. No ID is required if one of our engineers is also hired.
Is the equipment that I hire insured?
Yes but we do not cover the rental equipment once it leaves our location. It is the renter's responsibility if there is any damage or theft of the equipment.
Check with your insurance agent to see if your home owners/renters policy will cover it if needed.
Which system do I require for my event?

I know you provide free delivery, installation and collection but can I collect PA equipment?
Yes we have a distribution unit in Harpenden, Luton and London. Please make sure that your vehicle is big enough to collect the equipment. We work by appointment meaning that you can collect the equipment at a time that suits you. You can phone us between 8am and 11pm, 7 days a week.
Is the price on your web-site all inclusive?
The fees quoted are what you will pay in total. We have no hidden costs and we do not charge any booking or arrangement fees. VAT is NOT applicable.
What happens if I have a technical problem?
Throughout your hire we give you full telephone support 07956 697 868. Please do not hesitate to call us even if you feel that your question is simple. If there is a problem with any of our equipment we will come to the venue and sort it out for you free of charge

When you book with us you will receive an order confirmation. The confirmation will include details of your event and payment information.
You can pay via bank transfer, cheque or cash. No deposit is required but full payment is required on the day. You can pay the engineer before or at the end of the event. Some of our clients prefer to give us deposits for peace of mind. In this case we accept a 20% deposit of the full value.
Public Liability / PAT Certificate
Most venues will require your mobile disco company to have public liability cover and a PAT certificate. As a professional mobile disco we like to do things properly and make sure we've got every angle covered.
