How do I make a booking?

When and how do I pay?


When you book with us you will receive an order confirmation. The confirmation will include details of your event and payment information.


You can pay via bank transfer, cheque or cash. No deposit is required but full payment is required on the day. You can pay the engineer before or at the end of the event. Some of our clients prefer to give us deposits for peace of mind. In this case we accept a 20% deposit of the full value.


Do you have public liability and a PAT Certificate?


Most venues will require your mobile disco company to have public liability cover and a PAT certificate. As a professional mobile disco we like to do things properly and make sure we've got every angle covered.

Mobile Disco FAQs

Does your mobile DJs take requests and can I send you a playlist?


Yes music requests can be taken before and during the event. A playlist gives us an indication of your favourite songs, artists or music genre. Due to the modern world of technology we can pretty much play any appropriate and reasonable requests on the night in order to have a balanced event.


The skill and experience of our DJ's will make sure that we compliment your songs and play them at the right time.


What areas do you cover?


We have qualified DJ's across the South East covering London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.


We have done events further afield for a small additional cost. We can be wherever you need us to be.


I'm concerned how loud the music will be, will it be played at a suitable volume?


The volume level of the music is important. We understand that whilst your guests are arriving, for example, then a lower volume is important in order that you can talk normally. None of our DJs want the volume to be irritating to you or your guests. Our DJs will know to keep the volume at a level appropriate for the guests.


If it is too loud then please do not hesitate to ask us to turn it down. Your input and suggestions are always welcome. The DJ is there to keep you and your guests happy.


I can't see any prices on your website about hiring a mobile disco, how much will it cost?


Our prices are calculated based on the duration and the date of your event. We do not charge for travel. Please contact us for a quotation.


What is included when I book a mobile disco with Clear View Sound?


You will get a high quality sound system appropriate for the venue, microphone, DJ and lighting.


All additional extras requested are usually free of charge which includes smoke and bubble machine, flame effect, up-lighters.


Does Clear View Sound provide references?


Yes! In fact we can do one better, we can invite you to one of our events. You will see firsthand what you are booking.

PA Speaker and DJ Equipment Hire FAQs

What do I need to hire a PA system?


Upon delivery of you PA system you will need to show your current state Issued Driver's License or another photo ID. In addition original proof of address (Utility bill/Bank Statement) no older than 2 months old. No ID is required if one of our engineers is also hired.


Is the equipment that I hire insured?


Yes but we do not cover the rental equipment once it leaves our location. It is the renter's responsibility if there is any damage or theft of the equipment.


Check with your insurance agent to see if your home owners/renters policy will cover it if needed.


Which system do I require for my event?


If you are unsure of what you need to hire, please call us on 07956 697 868 where we will be happy to advise you on what you need to make your event a success.


Please let us know if you have a budget in mind. This will enable us provide the best cost effective solution in line with your budget.


I know you provide free delivery, installation and collection but can I collect PA equipment?


Yes we have a distribution unit in Harpenden, Luton and London. Please make sure that your vehicle is big enough to collect the equipment. We work by appointment meaning that you can collect the equipment at a time that suits you. You can phone us between 8am and 11pm, 7 days a week.


Is the price on your web-site all inclusive?


The fees quoted are what you will pay in total. We have no hidden costs and we do not charge any booking or arrangement fees. VAT is NOT applicable.


What happens if I have a technical problem?


Throughout your hire we give you full telephone support 07956 697 868.


Please do not hesitate to call us even if you feel that your question is simple. If there is a problem with any of our equipment we will come to the venue and sort it out for you free of charge
